Free means free, but not forever. Your free trial is free for 14 days, after which time your paid subscription will begin (according to the plan level and billing cycle selected when you signed up). If however, you cancel before the trial period is over, you won’t be charged a single penny. That means you pay nothing for your first 14 days. We even provide a 7-day grace period to request a refund after your free trial has ended and you forgot to cancel.

Of course, that depends on a few factors.

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we won’t take it personally. You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time from within your account, without having to contact support. Go to your Settings > Subscription Management and click “Plan” then “Cancel Subscription”.

At this time, Cartzy only accepts credit cards for account subscriptions. Cartzy accepts all major credit cards. You can change your payment method any time during or after your trial. At this time, we do not accept pre-paid debit cards, cryptocurrency (such as bitcoin or ethereum), or personal checks.
In the near future we will be adding the ability to use Paypal to pay for your Cartzy subscription.

After your 14-days are up, you’ll become a paid subscriber to the Cartzy plan that you selected when registering for your free trial. Charges will vary according to the plan level and billing cycle you choose. At the time of checkout, you’ll see exactly what you’ll be charged (including any taxes) and the date of your first payment.

Yes, you can include third-party payment options for your buyers using your preferred merchant’s shopping cart process. This includes payment providers Paypal and Stripe. This will provide a seamless checkout experience for your buyers. This allows you to take credit card payments directly from your website.

With our Platinum plan, you can create up to 3 unique independent stores. Each with their own URL, branding, products, etc.

We love saving money, too! Our annual plans are a great way to get a discount from us, as they provide you with two months free compared to our monthly plans. Periodically, we do offer additional discounts on Cartzy plans. Most often, these discounts are available to existing customers as well as new. We recommend not waiting for a discount before starting your free trial because we may raise our prices for new customers before the next discount becomes available, and without notice.
